Refund Policy

Lonnie’s Sporting Goods strives to provide the best service and customer satisfaction to every one of our valued customers.  In the event that a return is necessary, we will accept and refund purchases under the following conditions:

All items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

All items must be unopened and in the original packing.

Returns of opened or used products will be accepted in the event of a product defect provided it is within 15 days of purchase. 

All returns being mailed in must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling 1-662-286-5571 or emailing david@lonnies-sportinggoods.com.  This RMA # needs to be clearly posted on the outside of the package.

Any items being shipped back to us should be addressed to the store location

There will be a restocking fee of 10% and the customer is responsible for any costs incurred when shipping the returned item back to Lonnie’s Sporting Goods

Footwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn outside.

Returns meeting all of the required criteria will be offered an exchange or refund to the original method of payment.
